The book states that all employees should recognize sexual harassment in the work place and report any incidents that may arise. Employees are instructed to refrain from participating in destructive habits as well. While focusing on equality, there is to be an even sense of “esprit de corps” throughout the levels of the organization. This translates into a positive attitude and good morale in each employee. This leads to employees having belief in their employer and belief in their objectives which leads to the overall success of the company.
